פרויקט הדגל של המשרד. עו״ד שמואלי מייצג את דיירי שכונת גבעת חן בבנימינה בפרויקט בינוי־פינוי רחב־היקף. במסגרת הפרויקט, 14 בניינים ובהם 180 דיירים צפויים להתפנות, ובמקומם מתוכננת שכונה חדשה בהיקף של כ־560 יחידות דיור באמצעות חברת רותם שני. A flagship project of the office. Adv. Shmueli represents the tenants of Givat Hen in Binyamina in a broad build-and-evacuate project. The project includes 14 existing buildings with 180 tenants, with a new neighborhood of approximately 560 housing units planned through Rotem Shani.

Approximately 70 apartments are expected to be vacated, with about 350 housing units planned. The project is before submission of a statutory plan to the planning authorities.

Advocate and Notary Israel Shmueli, founder of the office, has worked in real estate for more than 30 years and brings practical experience in complex legal processes. His law license was issued in 1995. He served as an attorney in the Haifa Civil District Attorney’s Office, specialized in representing local authorities and represented insurance companies. The office has operated since 2000, providing professional, personal and close support.
